With a vision to generate productive citizens for the country, Yarkay Group has decided to venture into the education sector by proposing to establish a privately run high school and a training institute conforming to the best of international standards.
The institute will offer various courses to the youth in the hospitality sector and impart them with the necessary skills for employment in the industry. Bhutan’s tourism sector has remained favorable and has been growing steadily over the years. The sector continues to employ a large chunk of Bhutanese youth.
The company has already submitted an expression of interest to the Ministry of Education for the establishment of a private high school.
Today, thousands of Bhutanese students are studying outside the country. The school will offer a genuine alternative to the Bhutanese students to opt for studying within the country. Besides, the school will also cater to the wholesome development of students by offering state of the art infrastructure and international faculty members to help and assist the students to unleash their full potential.
The school will seek to offer skills and knowledge as well as some of the best facilities including music, sports, fine arts and academics of all kinds necessary for holistic development of the students. Ultimately, Yarkay Group is looking to contribute to nation building by producing knowledgeable and dedicated citizens who will join the vast pool of human resources and contribute their part in the development of the country.
